3 Town House Development Kingscliff: Mark and his wife Rachel were very professional in their day to day management of the site and contract respectively. I particularly liked the way we were worked as a team, where being a builder myself, Curley Builders were flexible enough to allow me to be involved in the procurement of various work packages to enable a reduction in project costs. Mark was very hands on and proactive in solving problems which allowed the project to continue without delay whilst ensuring a high level of quality was maintained. I guess the proof is in the pudding and after living in the property for 9mths and being a builder myself with a keen eye I can honestly the workmanship is of a very high quality. We also have had several guests go out of their way to comment on the high quality of workmanship. This high quality is due to a combination of Mark’s uncompromising high standards and the quality tradesman he employs. All the tradesman on this project were professional in their attitude and approachable which further added to the team like environment.A good test on whether a builder is genuine is their commitment to achieving a defect free completion. Mark was very diligent in ensuring that all defects were completed prior to Practical Completion and occupation of the building. At the end of the defect period there were only a couple of minor defects that surfaced in that time and Mark promptly arranged for their rectification.I have no hesitation in recommending Curley Builders for any similar development.

As a developer and civil engineer working and living in Sydney I knew that the key to a successful build on our multi unit development in the Tweed was good communication and trust. With Curley Builders I found their dedication to solving issues in a timely, transparent and professional manner very refreshing and comforting. For anyone looking for an independent builder that will take on the responsibility of delivering a turn key cost effective product I would have no hesitation in recommending Curley Builders.
Mr Mark Curley has been involved in the total construction andProject Management of the New “Ripley’s Believe It or Not!” in Surfers Paradise.I can say that since completion of the project we have experienced record trading attendance and positive feedback from guests about their experience which I believe showcases both the quality of their work and the finished product. This 21’t century design is the first of “Ripley Entertainment Inc.’s” Attractions which will be duplicated in our future locations starting with San Francisco, then Hollywood California later this year. The project was initially delayed due to Customs & Quarantine etc and at all times Mark Curley was understanding of the situation and his team worked in other areas of the Project to ensure that we would maximize the downtime to our advantage for when shipments were eventually cleared. This was over and above their contractual obligations and very much appreciated by myself and our team from HQ.Finally, I would highly recommend ‘Curley Builders’ to any company who are seeking the services of their professional calibre.
